1. People handling courses: this may include: hoists, beds, slide sheets, slide boards

2. Loads courses: this can include items you move in your workplace, this can be discussed.

3. Office ergonomics – standard office setup will be discussed. Please note this course is hard to deliver with shared work desks and offices.
